Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival

The Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival is set to take place in San Francisco's historic Golden Gate Park August 22-24 with Radiohead, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, Jack Johnson and dozens of other bands and attractions. From singer-songwriters to DJs, jazz acts and cutting edge rock bands, all major music movements will be celebrated alongside a host of local musicians, food vendors and visual artists representing San Francisco's vibrant cultural community.

Jewish Food Festival

The 21st annual Carmel event premiers cooking lessons, “Chicken Soup: Jewish Food for the Soul”. Congregation Beth Israel delights its guests with homemade comfort foods such as potato latkes, kugel, blintzes, corned beef and pastrami sandwiches, tasty home baked challah and more. Klezmer music, a model Jewish wedding, Israeli folk dancing, sanctuary tours and handmade Israeli and American crafts create a fun, outdoor cultural event for the entire family.
