Apollo Fitness offers swim lessons, surfing lessons and one-on-one personal training. I have over twenty years of experience in the fitness arena. I am a former high school and college all-american in both swimming and water polo and I competed at the U.S Swimming Nationals for thee consecutive years (1990-92), where I consistently placed in the top ten in the events that I competed in. In addition, I am a certified personal trainer (NASM) and specialize in workouts that build core body strength to enhance your performance in whatever sport you like to participate in. I have been surfing for 22 years and I find that the workouts I do to prepare for the ocean, cross over into every other activity extremely well. I believe in complete fitness that encompasses endurance, strength and flexibility.
